We are proud to announce we are now shipping International orders with DHL,UPS and Royal Mail. We have chosen to ship with them because of their quick and reliable shipping and hope you have a great experience receiving our items.



Delivery dates are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Next day service is not available for international shipments.

We are not responsible for shipping costs of any returns for pre-approved international orders.



When Will My Order Arrive?


We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours. You can track your package with the tracking code provided. No matter where you are, you do not pay the tax.In the unlikely event that you are required to pay for it, we will pay for it unpon the recipt of the tax bill.


Once you have selected all of the products you desire to purchase, you will find a shipping calculator in your cart. The shipping calculator will estimate the cost of shipping by entering the zip code of your location.During checkout the delivery charge will be confirmed once your delivery address has been entered.

    The total price of your shopping cart is all you need to pay, which means that when you buy your items, all taxes, fees and charges have bee included. We accept credit cards payment and we are in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council standards. Your card is 100% safe on our site.(Note: The Cash On Delivery Service is available for packages shipped to Germany and France only!)



    Great Packing, No Compromise


    Wrap the items on all sides with at least 3" to 4" of air-cellular cushioning material such as Bubble Wrap to minimise movement in transit. Place the wrapped item inside a sturdy outer box. Accessories that are wrapped in appropriate amounts of cushioning can also be placed in any open spaces of the box. Fill all spaces with additional cushioning so that the wrapped item fits tightly inside the box. If no open spaces exist, pack accessories in an additional box. Close and seal both the top and bottom of the box with three strips of pressure-sensitive plastic tape that is at least 2" wide. Tape all seams or flaps..



    Delivery Attempts


    The shipping courier will make three attempts to deliver your merchandise and will leave a message notifying you of the attempt. If the package is undeliverable after three attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited for the price of the item, but you will not be credited for any shipping and handling charges you may have been charged. If you refuse delivery, a credit will be issued for the price of the product but not for shipping charges (if applicable). All credits will be applied to the payment method in the original order.



    Leaving Signed Notes


    By leaving a signed note giving the courier permission to leave a package at the door, you have relinquished our company and the courier of any and all responsibility for loss or damage.



    Oversized Shipments


    Due to their size, orders for more than 5 items will arrive via freight delivery. Tracking information and delivery instructions will be provided via e-mail, once your order ships. You will be contacted by the delivery company to arrange a delivery time.


    Please note: To report any damage that occurred during delivery, Our office must be contacted within the first 48 hours of receiving your product. For your protection please inspect your package at the time of delivery and do not sign for or accept any shipping container with external damage.



    Order Processing


    Orders shipping will be processed within 1-2 business days. To protect you as a credit card holder we may request additional information that may delay your order process. If additional information is needed you will be notified via phone or email.

    Product warranty claims


    Our primary focus is quality. We guarantee that every product we sell will stand up to the supreme test - our customers' satisfaction.


    Our One-Year Guarantee lets you put any product to the test. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return it within 90 days and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding Shipping and Processing fees). In addition, we will repair or replace any product for a full year from the date of purchase.

    This covers you for quality issues within the warranty period. Every product has a specific warranty period. If it is not stated in the product listing, contact us.

    2. We will Contact you for more information or give you a response about your claim within 2 Business days.

    3. If it is covered under our Guarantee; you will likely be asked to return the product to us. Responsibility for the payment of shipping charges is determined on a case by case basis; usually the shipping costs for warranty claims are shared between us and the customer.







    If you would like to exchange an item, we ask that you reorder the item online and handle your original purchase as a return for refund. This will ensure you receive the item you are looking for in the event we are out of stock before we receive your return.


    How to Return Product:


    Please check your invoice date: We will accept returns of unused merchandise in its original protective packaging within 30 days of your invoice date. Credit will be issued in the same form of payment used for purchase. There will be no refunds given for returns made after 30 days from invoice. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.


    Please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail to the address indicated on the return form. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, Fed Ex and other carriers.


    Please allow a processing time of 7 to 10 business days for refunds. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from us. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

    Receipt Refusal of Shipment


    Please note that a refusal of receipt of a shipment (unless approved in advance) is considered a return and the cost of the actual freight to have the package returned will be deducted from your refund.


    Shipping error/damaged merchandise:


    In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or sent an incorrect or damaged item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Please contact us via our online inquiry form and we will issue you a return shipping label.
